FDA to Host Public Meeting on Emergency Research Informed Consent Waiver Rule

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hosting a public meeting to discuss the implementation of a final rule that allows for exceptions to informed consent requirements in research, following requests from interested parties for additional information on acceptable procedures.
