Commodity Futures Trading Commission Submits Information Collection for Bankruptcy Regulations Review

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has submitted a paperwork collection, 3038-0021, to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance, aimed at protecting public property in the event of a commodity broker's bankruptcy, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980.
