FDA Publishes Draft Guidance on Chronic Toxicity Testing Duration
The FDA is releasing a draft guidance document, S4A, which outlines the recommended duration for chronic toxicity testing in rodents and nonrodents for pharmaceuticals, in collaboration with the International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH).
