Determination That Desmopressin Acetate Nasal Solution 0.01% (for Refrigerated Storage) Was Not Withdrawn From Sale for Reasons of Safety or Effectiveness

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing its determination that desmopressin acetate (DDAVP Nasal Spray) nasal solution 0.01% (for refrigerated storage) was not withdrawn from sale for reasons of safety or effectiveness. This determination will allow FDA to approve abbreviated new drug applications (ANDA's) for desmopressin acetate nasal solution 0.01% (for refrigerated storage).
