FDA Amends Animal Drug Regulations Due to Sponsor Change
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is updating its animal drug regulations to account for a shift in sponsor for 101 new animal drug applications (NADA's) from Rhone Merieux, Inc. and Merck Research Laboratories, Division of Merck & Co., Inc., to Merial Ltd.
