FDA Submits Request for Emergency Processing of Information Collection Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The FDA has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for emergency processing of a proposed information collection, which is necessary to comply with a congressional mandate related to the distribution of animal feeds containing veterinary feed directive drugs, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
