Commodity Futures Trading Commission Submits Information Collection for Legal Proceedings Review

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance of information collection 3038-0033, which aims to monitor pending legal proceedings involving contract markets and their officials, as well as futures commission merchants and their principals, under the Commodity Exchange Act and the Commission's enabling legislation.
