Advisory Committee Meeting; Amendment of Notice

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing an amendment to the notice of meeting of the Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Devices Panel of the Medical Devices Advisory Committee. This meeting was announced in the Federal Register of December 15, 1997. The amendment is being made to reflect a change in the agenda and procedure which will change the order of reclassification petitions being presented to the committee and will also change the order of the open public hearings associated with each petition. There are no other changes. This amendment will be announced at the beginning of the open portion of the meeting.

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
