Inmate Personal Property

In this document, the Bureau of Prisons is proposing to amend its regulations on inmate personal property to allow for the standardization of authorized personal property lists at Bureau institutions and to facilitate procedures for the transportation of personal property due to inmate transfer or release. This amendment is intended to provide for the more efficient and secure operation of the institution.
