Vending Facility Program for the Blind on Federal and Other Property

The Secretary presents a schedule of fees and expenses associated with arbitration proceedings conducted under the Randolph- Sheppard Act (Act) that will be paid by the Department. The schedule lists the reasonable costs of arbitration and describes the standards by which the Secretary will support those costs.
