Texas Accessibility Standards Certified by the US Department of Justice

The US Department of Justice has confirmed that the State of Texas Accessibility Standards meet or exceed the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, paving the way for a final certification that can be used as rebuttable evidence in ADA enforcement proceedings.
