Texas Accessibility Standards Certification Hearings Announced by Department of Justice

The Department of Justice will conduct informal hearings in Washington, D.C. and Austin, Texas to review the proposed certification that the State of Texas Accessibility Standards meet or exceed the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for new construction and alterations.
