Medicare Program; Schedule of Limits on Home Health Agency Costs Per Visit for Cost Reporting Periods Beginning On or After July 1, 1996

The Medicare program has revised its schedule of limits on home health agency costs, replacing previous per-visit limits set in 1995, and responds to comments received on that notice. The changes do not extend the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 freeze on home health agency cost limits until July 1, 1996.
