Qualifications and Standards for Standing Trustees

The Department of Justice is proposing to amend the qualifications required for an individual to be appointed as a standing trustee. The Department of Justice is also proposing to issue standards to govern the standing trustee. Finally, the Department of Justice is correcting certain typographical errors in part 58.
