U.S. Removes Form I-151 from List of Forms for Lawful Permanent Residents

The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) has finalized a rule to remove Form I-151, Alien Registration Receipt Card, from the list of forms accepted as proof of registration for lawful permanent residents, replacing it with Form I-551, the new Alien Registration Receipt Card.
