Office for Civil Rights Releases Draft Document on Peer Sexual Harassment Guidance

The Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights has made available a draft document outlining the Office for Civil Rights' (OCR) standards for investigating and resolving cases of peer sexual harassment in educational institutions, in compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
