FCSC Establishes New Records System for Holocaust Survivors Claims

The Foreign Claims Settlement Commission (FCSC) is introducing a new records system, FCSC-37, Germany, Holocaust Survivors' Claims Against, effective October 1, 1996, to process claims from Holocaust survivors. Interested parties can submit written comments to the FCSC's Administrative Office by October 1, 1996.
