DEA Proposes Placement of Remifentanil into Schedule II of Controlled Substances Act

The Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a proposed rule to add remifentanil and its salts to Schedule II of the Controlled Substances Act, following a recommendation from the Assistant Secretary for Health at the Department of Health and Human Services.
