Office for Civil Rights Sexual Harassment Guidance: Harassment of Students by School Employees

The Office for Civil Rights has released a draft document outlining the standards for investigating and resolving cases of student sexual harassment by school employees, in compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights is seeking public comments on the document.
