FTA Releases Annual List of Certifications and Assurances for Federal Transit Grants and Cooperative Agreements for Fiscal Year 1997

The Federal Transit Administration has published a comprehensive list of required certifications and assurances for federal assistance programs administered by FTA during Fiscal Year 1997, as mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration Reauthorization Act of 1995 and the Surface Transportation and Uniform Relocation Assistance Act of 1980.
