US Immigration Service to Issue Warning Notices to Employers for Minor I-9 Verification Violations

The US Immigration and Nationality Act regulations have been amended to allow the Immigration and Nationality Service to issue a Warning Notice to employers who have committed minor I-9 verification violations, in an effort to encourage future compliance and reduce the cost of purchasing and duplicating the Employment Eligibility Verification Form (Form I-9).
