Pathogen Reduction/HACCP Regional Implementation Conference

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is holding six regional one-day conferences, ``Pathogen Reduction/HACCP Regional Implementation Conference.'' The purpose of the conferences is to brief the public on the content of the final rule, ``Pathogen Reduction; Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems,'' published on July 25, 1996, and discuss its implementation.
