DEA Proposes Changes to Privacy Act Regulations for Certain Systems of Records

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing amendments to its Privacy Act regulations to provide clarity and an additional reason for exempting certain systems of records from subsection (e)(3), with the goal of better understanding the need for these exemptions.
