US Department of Commerce Suspends Antidumping Investigation on Mexican Fresh Tomatoes

The US Department of Commerce has temporarily halted its investigation into the import of fresh tomatoes from Mexico, following an agreement between the Department and Mexican producers/exporters to adjust their prices and eliminate the negative impact of their exports on the US market.
