DOJ Announces Funding for Community Policing Institutes

The Department of Justice's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) is offering grants to state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies, as well as training providers and academies, to establish Regional Community Policing Institutes, with a focus on those with existing community policing training and infrastructure.
