Office of Postsecondary Education Invites Ineligible Institutions to Apply for Campus-Based Programs

The Office of Postsecondary Education is calling on institutions of higher education that were not eligible for the 1997-98 award year to submit an application to participate in the Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Work-Study, and Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Programs, which are authorized by the Higher Education Act of 1965.
