Chicago Mercantile Exchange Seeks Exemption to Dual Trading Prohibition

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) has resubmitted its petition for exemption from the dual trading prohibition in eight contract markets, following a request from the Commission to update its audit trail data by March 31, 1997.
