USDA Forest Service Rescinds Environmental Impact Statement for Noisy Divide Timber Sale

The USDA Forest Service has withdrawn its involvement in preparing an environmental impact statement for the Noisy Divide Timber Sale and Other Integrated Resource Projects on the Colville National Forest in Washington, effectively rescinding a 1991 Notice of Intent.
