US Forest Service Cancels Original Environmental Impact Statement Notice in Southwestern Region, Arizona

The US Forest Service's Southwestern Region in Arizona has cancelled its original Notice of Intent to prepare an environmental impact statement due to changing resource conditions and new planning issues, following a new Notice of Intent filed in the Federal Register on February 25, 1991.
