USDA Proposes Changes to Noxious Weed Regulations

The US Department of Agriculture is proposing to update the list of noxious weeds, removing water-aloe and painted euphorbia, while adding tropical soda apple and water-lobelia to the list, in an effort to prevent the artificial spread of invasive species and streamline regulations.
