FDIC Rescinds Policy on Legal Fees and Other Expenses

The FDIC is rescinding its policy on unreasonable or excessive fees, insider fees, and contingency fee arrangements due to outdated information being duplicated in other policies, while the supervisory attitude toward excessive fees remains unchanged.
