NFA Authorized to Grant Floor Broker and Floor Trader Registrations Without Commission Review

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has delegated authority to the National Futures Association (NFA) to grant floor broker (FB) and floor trader (FT) registrations without forwarding cases to the CFTC for review, except in cases of statutory disqualification, and to maintain registrations of registered FBs and FTs with certain new disciplinary history.
