SBA Proposes Amendments to Size and Government Contracting Regulations for Very Small Businesses

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing changes to its regulations to include the Very Small Business Program and define a very small business concern for the SBA's small business set-aside program, with the goal of supporting small businesses with fewer than 15 employees and annual receipts of less than $1 million.
