New York Cotton Exchange Granted Exemption from Dual Trading Prohibition

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has approved the New York Cotton Exchange's petition to exempt its Cotton No. 2 futures contract from a ban on dual trading, allowing the exchange to engage in both trading and market-making activities.
