CFTC Reassesses Regulation of Noncompetitive Transactions on Contract Markets

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is seeking public comments on its approach to regulating noncompetitive transactions executed on or subject to contract market rules, which could impact the oversight of futures contracts and other noncompetitive transactions.
