SEC Approves Rule Change for Mandatory Yield-to-Price Conversion Participation

The Government Securities Clearing Corporation has received approval from the Self-Regulatory Organizations to implement a rule change requiring mandatory participation in the yield-to-price conversion process for government securities clearing.
