Clean Air Act Proposed Interim Approval of Operating Permit Program; North Carolina, Western North Carolina Mecklenburg County, Forsyth County

EPA proposes interim approval of the operating permit programs submitted by the State of North Carolina Department of Health, Environment and Natural Resources (DEHNR), Western North Carolina Regional Air Pollution Control Agency (WNCRAPCA), Forsyth County Department of Environmental Affairs (FCDEA), and Mecklenburg County Department of Environmental Protection (MCDEP) for the purpose of complying with Federal requirements which mandate that states develop, and submit to EPA, programs for issuing operating permits to all major stationary sources, and to certain other sources.
