US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Indian Iron-Metal Castings

The US Department of Commerce has concluded an administrative review of countervailing duties on Certain Iron-Metal Castings From India, determining net subsidies of 4.29% ad valorem for Nandikeshwari, Pvt. Ltd. and up to 22.32% for Sitaram Steel, Pvt. Ltd., with duties to be assessed on these companies.
