EPA Removes Effective Date for Iowa State Implementation Plan Revision

Due to an adverse comment, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is removing the effective date of August 22, 1995, for a revision to the Iowa State Implementation Plan, which includes special requirements for nonattainment areas and compliance information, and the adoption of EPA definitions. The EPA will address all public comments received in a subsequent final rule based on the proposed rule published on June 23, 1995.
