EPA Establishes Significant New Use Rules for Certain Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requiring companies to submit a 90-day notice before manufacturing or processing certain chemicals for a new use, in an effort to evaluate and potentially restrict the activity.
