FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to rule on an application to collect and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, as mandated by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
