Medicare Program; Medicare Secondary Payer for Individuals Entitled to Medicare and Also Covered Under Group Health Plans

New regulations limit Medicare payments for individuals with disabilities who are also covered under large group health plans, and prohibit these plans from considering their Medicare eligibility. The rules also apply to individuals with end-stage renal disease and those covered under group health plans due to age.
