EPA Deletes Northwestern States Portland Cement Company Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region VII has removed the Northwestern States Portland Cement Company Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to the completion of Superfund Remedial Activities and the determination that no further cleanup is necessary under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)
