Kenetech Windpower Wyoming Wind Energy Project Final Environmental Impact Statement Now Available

The Bureau of Land Management has made the final environmental impact statement for the Kenetech/PacifiCorp Windpower Project in Carbon County, Wyoming, available for public review, outlining plans for 1,390 wind turbines and powerline construction over a 10-12 year period.
