Federal Acquisition Regulation Seeks Extension for Buy American Act Certificate

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget to extend a paperwork requirement for the Buy American Act, Trade Agreements Act, and Balance of Payments Program Certificate, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980.
