EPA Approves West Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State of West Virginia's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for determining conformity of general federal actions to applicable air quality implementation plans, as a direct final rule without prior proposal, due to the lack of anticipated adverse comments.
