EPA Proposes Interim Approval of Kentucky's Operating Permits Program for Clean Air Act Compliance

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed interim approval of Kentucky's operating permits program, submitted by the Kentucky Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet (NREPC), to meet federal requirements for issuing operating permits to major stationary sources and other sources.
