EPA Proposes to Delete Diethyl Phthalate from Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to remove diethyl phthalate (DEP) from the list of chemicals subject to reporting requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 and the Pollution Prevention Act of 1990, as DEP meets the deletion criteria set by the EPA.
