OmniTRAX, Inc. and Chicago Rail Link, L.L.C. Exempted from Prior Approval Requirements for Control of Calumet Western Railway Company

The Surface Transportation Board has granted exemptions to OmniTRAX, Inc. and Chicago Rail Link, L.L.C. for the acquisition of control of Calumet Western Railway Company, allowing the companies to purchase the railroad's outstanding stock without prior approval from the Commission, subject to standard employee protective conditions.
