Futurecom Applies for Designation as Contract Market for Tech Stock Index Futures and Options

Futurecom, an electronic commodities exchange, has submitted an application to the Commission for designation as a contract market for technology stock index futures and option contracts, following its pending application for live cattle futures and options, and in accordance with Commission Regulation 140.96, which requires public notice and comment on the proposals.
